Cancellation and Refund Policy

Thank you for your donation/support to REMILIYEN FOUNDATION TRUST. The Trust appreciates your generosity and is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of all donors.

Cancellation Policy

As a donor, you have the right to cancel your donation to the Trust at any time. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through our designated communication channels.

The Trust will process the cancellation request and cease further collection of funds from the donor. However, please note that once a donation has been processed and funds have been transferred to the Trust's account, it may not be possible to cancel the transaction.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be issued by REMILIYEN FOUNDATION TRUST under the following circumstances:

  • If a donor makes an erroneous or duplicate donation, the Trust will refund the excess amount upon notification by the donor.
  • If the Trust is unable to utilize the donation for its intended purpose due to unforeseen circumstances or changes in project plans, the donor may request a refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Trust's designated contact person. Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and the donor will be notified of the refund status.
